• 6 months of weekly ~50 min calls
• After an exploratory call, you’re in the house. We’ll have a 90-min deep-dive session where we’ll review your background and goals and go over the sketch of your energetic blueprint. This will set the focus for the shifts you’d like to make over the next 2 seasons working together weekly
• You’ll then get notes from each session detailing what went down, and clear action steps to complete in the next week
